The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay. We'll give you a code to our smartlock and you can self-check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Check out time until 11:00 AM.

The property is right next to the Miami Airport and close to important highways, restaurants and city highlights.

Please note:
-Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors.
-Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).
-The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is close to the parking area.-If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best.
- We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Parties are not allowed on the promises.- Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.
-Assigned parking on site. Parking is free and is on promises.

CLIMATE, FAUNA AND VEGETATION. The city of Miami is located next to the Atlantic Ocean, which allows you to enjoy a fairly mild, hot and sunny climate. Even in summer the sea breeze can be quite refreshing due to the high humidity levels.

Between the months of June and September temperatures range from 77F to 90F degrees, while in winter, the wind chill and the environment in general remain quite mild, with a temperature between 55F and 77F degrees.

Anyway, it is important to keep in mind that it has a rainy season that goes from October to May and a dry season from November to April. This makes January the coldest month of the year and August the warmest.

In addition to the beautiful beaches and its tropical climate, Miami is known for the wide variety of fauna and vegetation, whose popularity comes from the permanent greenery that predominates in its streets and avenues.
