Tierra Verde has its own amenities including a short distance to Ft. DeSoto and downtown St. Pete, St. Pete Beach. Multiple dining venues are right on the island, as well as "downtown Tierra Verde" business center. Pets are allowed on a pet-by-pet basis with a non-refundable pet fee of $350.
