If a washer and dryer are included, they are provided as-is without warranty. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs are allowed (if applicable), with a $30 pet screening fee per animal. Breed restrictions apply and include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terrier (American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Malamute, Cane Corso, Doberman, Presa Canario, Wolf/Dog hybrids, Chow, and any mixes of these breeds.
