Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance for personal property and a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage which is very affordable.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner. If a pet is approved, a non-refundable pet fee will be required.
First month’s and last month’s rent are due prior to move-in. All move-in payments must be made via certified cashier’s check unless otherwise agreed by owner.
