Welcome to our recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakefront getaway! Located in Napoli, a resort-style gated community in the heart of Naples FL! Our home offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, amazing views and a plethora of onsite activities.

THE SPACE
Accommodations (sleep up to 5):
- Bedroom 1: Enjoy a King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat screen Smart TV and private entry to the lanai.
- Bedroom 2: Experience privacy and comfort in the queen-sized guest room w a walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 3: Perfect for friends and family, this room features a large bunkbed w a double bottom and twin up top.
- Bathrooms offer a hairdryer, shower in the master bath, shower/tub in the guest bath and are stocked with towels and enough toiletries to get you started. Beach towels and spare linens can be found in the hall closet.

Kitchen and Dining:
Our kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space, stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and modern appliances including a glass top range/oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, Keurig and also a standard coffee maker. The dining room, with seating for 6, is ideal for family meals and game night (we have a few board games in the closet!).

Laundry/Pantry:
You will find a private washer/dryer in utility room just off the kitchen. Room for pantry items and to store your cooler, beach and pool toys. An iron with board are provided.

Comfort and Connectivity:
Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool and breezy. Comcast cable TV and broadband internet with WIFI are provided free of charge.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside on to our private screened lanai and enjoy a relaxing view of the lake or head down for a morning stroll around it. Napoli has plenty of paved paths for walking, jogging and biking around the neighboring lakes and nature preserve. Truly a unique and peaceful setting.

NAPOLI LUXURY CLUBHOUSE & GROUNDS:
You will have full access to all of the first class amenities and activities Napoli offers; including the lake front heated swimming pool, fitness center, indoor racquetball court, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball court, volleyball, basketball, jogging / biking trails around the nature preserve and the luxury clubhouse featuring, a library, billiards room, lounge and more!

Parking and Check-In:
Guest gate instructions will be sent the day of check-in along with a custom entry code to retrieve your key. Enjoy the convenience of your own private garage and assigned parking spot right next to our walkway. There is also guest parking in the same lot for visitors, friends and family.
