The home is located close to hwy US 19, dining, shopping, parks and beaches. Close to historic Tarpon Springs and Dunedin beaches.
The community also has an optional clubhouse and pool.
Pets welcome (small pet fee applies).
Move-in terms: first+last month's rent + refundable security deposit ($1000) = $4800
All prospective tenants are required to pass a background check. $50 for each applicant.
