The apartment is very clean and fully furnished. It was built in 2007. The house is on a very quiet street that has one car go by around every 30 minutes. I live in the main house. The other are houses close, yet not too close. It is a very safe neighborhood. Nonetheless, the house has deadbolts all abound. The highway (I-84) is 2 miles away, and down a one-mile hill, so you can barely hear it. The house is around 15 minutes to UConn and 20 minutes to Hartford. There are many good walking trails withing a few miles. It is a very quiet household, and an ideal situation for a quite working professional, or a graduate student. I don't have a television, so there is no cable, although, high speed internet is included. The heat and utilities are $100.00 per month. There is a mandatory background check that costs $40.00, that takes around an hour. There is a small amount of storage in the walk-in closet in the bedroom.
