There is a washer/dryer located in the utility room. One additional basement bedroom with two closets and a remodeled bathroom is also located on this level. The backyard has considerable space available, including raised planter beds, and an enclosed area for gardening. There is central AC for keeping cool in the Summer months. Convenient location with easy access to US-36. Just a short distance to Westminster Shopping Center off Sheridan and US-36. RTD Fastracks Commuter Rail into Union Station in Denver is very close!
