Qualifications

All occupants 18 and older must complete the application and pay application fee, if fee is applicable.

At least one applicant must meet all qualifications.

Applicant must make 2x the rent. (If multiple qualified applicants, income will be combined in most cases)

Credit score of 580 or above

3 years rental history or mortgage payments

Applications will be automatically denied if either applicant has:
An eviction on record within the past five (5) years, or
An outstanding balance owed to a previous landlord.

Applicants with an eviction in the past five (5) years are not eligible to apply with a co-signer.

Co applicants are acceptable and will be equally responsible for ALL provisions of the lease.

Security deposit will be doubled with a CoSigner

Dependents and Incapacitated - occupants under the age of 18 or are incapacitated do not need to complete an application but must be disclosed and named during the application process.
