This property is all on one level including the attached 2 car garage for anyone concerned with stairs and the home is wheelchair accessible. Pets will be considered for an additional deposit and pet rent, however must be under 50 pounds. Tenant will be responsible for gas, electric, and water utilities. The home features several mart devices such as a video doorbell and a smart thermostat. You are located just minutes from Parker and any of the shopping and entertainment you could want.
