Walking distance of the Petaluma campus of Santa Rosa Junior College, Safeway, Starbucks, and a myriad of other shops. Sonoma State University is just 6 miles, or a 10-minute drive away. Due to the property being on well/septic, it is suited for 1 or 2 people only.
