I am a retired woman renting the 2nd story suite for 11 years and have found that the tenants and I have established comfortable boundaries of peace and privacy, respectful of solitude with memorable conversations and the joy of getting to know each other.
Except for a common kitchen /laundry rm, our living spaces are quite separate.
Included on the property, my son's house and a studio rental.
