Everyone 18 yrs & older living/staying in the unit must do & pass a background check & be present at the time of the credit check & sign RA.
**must be able to provide:
A valid state id/dl ~no xerox copies!
Social Security Card ~no xerox copies!
6 months of the most recent paystubs must be the most recent and not missing any. For example if you get paid weekly I need a paystub for each week going back 6 months from the day you turn in your credit check.
