Immaculate charming Cabin

This bright, sunny, spacious yet cozy, immaculate charming Cabin nestled in the pines and located at the end of a quiet and easily accessible cul-de-sac is your perfect mountain getaway! With lots of south facing windows, light spills into this treehouse-like home filling it with warmth and sunshine all day long. Located minutes from the Village and nearby towns of Blue Jay, Twin Peaks, Cedar Glen and Skyforest, many nearby restaurants, lake views and recreation, your mountain adventure awaits!

The space
This is a unique property in that it offers split-level living with a family room downstairs featuring a gas fireplace, TV/game room and a full bathroom on a separate floor from the main living space. Also on this floor is a large patio with a forest view, Fire Pit, BBQ grill and seating for outdoor dining in the warmer months. Plus there is a bonus room located on the upper level with french doors and a workspace equipped with a desk, sofa and seating area, perfect for work, yoga or just relaxing in the sunshine. This unique house has tree views from every window and multiple options for sleeping and hanging out.

The main bathroom features both an oversized bath tub for soaking and a separate shower. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with a large shower. A third full bathroom is located on the second story off of the family room.

The fully outfitted Galley style kitchen is furnished with all your cooking needs and essentials. If you are looking for a place with access to a full kitchen stocked with all the usual appliances, then this cabin is perfect for you.

Being located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street provides a sense of peace and tranquility. That said, don't be surprised if you hear the occasional sounds of the mountain wildlife in the distance, such as coyotes or wild dogs, and perhaps an occasional sighting here and there!

The house stays cozy and warm in the winter with central heat and keeps you cool with A/C during the summer months. The A/C is a bonus and a rare amenity for this area!

Free parking included for a maximum of 2 parking spaces. The maximum occupancy permitted is 6 people.

Please note there are quite a few stairs to navigate, 31 to be exact.

This house is my vacation home, not just a rental property, so I just ask that you please treat it as you would your own home.

We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee, depending on availability. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance : )

*This property has an outdoor security camera.

* No street parking . Off-street parking in Driveway only. Maximum parking is 2 vehicles in driveway.

* Maximum capacity is 6 people ~ per San Bernardino County STR Permit.

*Please note there are a LOT of stairs - 3 flights, 31 steps to be exact. Stairways are wide, carpeted and equipped with hand rails.

*Pets may be allowed on an individual basis at the discretion of owner. Please also note, the owner has a pet in case potential guests have pet allergies. Pets are not to be left unattended and and uncontained in the house. Additional cleaning and damage fees may be applied as needed.

*Please note the house is not child-proofed so please bring any necessary safety measures with you.

*Check local weather and road conditions for snow and road restrictions prior to your trip - snow chains may be required.

*Additional amenities provided: Multiple space heaters, humidifier, iron and ironing board, Ninja Professional Blender, coffee maker, french press, electric kettle, 2x TV's with streaming subscriptions, Sonos speakers w/ ipad access, Bluetooth speaker, Books, Board Games, A/C, Patio Dining w/ Gas BBQ grill and Fire Pit.

*When visiting Lake Arrowhead during winter weather conditions, it is highly recommended that you have a full tank of gas, chains, a shovel, flashlight, blankets, water and food in your car in the case of getting stuck in the snow.
