You have officially discovered the ultimate desert oasis house. Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Quiet street, beautiful mountain/desert views all around, you will truly be one with nature in this backyard. Inside you have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area off the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat

>Full Bathroom - bath tub/shower, toilet, sink
>Laundry - washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies

Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike!
Car or Uber is best, be safe!

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
