Terms:
The rent is $2395.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year.

The security deposit is $2000.00 and is fully refundable.

Rental insurance is required. If you don't have renters' insurance, we offer it through a service in your tenant portal where it can be paid automatically with your rent.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $500.00 pet deposit per pet.

Smoking Policy: No smoking.

Qualification Requirements:
* Household income equal to two times the rent
* 700 credit score or higher
* No evictions in the last 7 years
* No bankruptcies in the last 7 years
* No money owed to any utility companies
* No money owed to past landlords

$500.00 of the security deposit is required to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. We will only hold the unit 2 weeks from receiving that deposit before rent needs to start being paid. This deposit to hold is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit at any time during that 2-week holding period.
