The apartment I received was wonderful at first look. Fresh paint, new flooring, seemed okay. Then the problems immediately started happening... Electrical, appliances, running water drips, bugs, broken pieces in the apartment. People smoking weed and cigarettes right next to windows at all hours. Constant noise and screaming children... Mostly play noise but still exhausting when you're trying to sleep and many people who don't understand the volume of their voice carries when they're talking and chatting outside into the early morning hours. Maintenance has been spotty, management is overworked and doesn't have the tools they need The adequately respond to things without walking into the office. Amenities are broken for long periods of time as in months, and upper management is unresponsive. So if these things are okay to you, rent here by all means, but if they're not okay, don't.
