This townhome features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The 3 queen bedrooms offer a deck/balcony right off the room. There are 3 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with very comfortable bedding and all linens provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All dinner ware, serve ware, and cook ware is included in the kitchen. The home provides a full size washer and dryer located off the kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower in the fully fenced back yard along with a gas grill (please note that the yard to include the grill and outdoor shower is shared with the neighboring townhome). This beach neighborhood also features a handful of restaurants/bars just blocks away like HK on the Bay and Buoy 44 is a great restaurant located right on the beach. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Pets approved on case-by-case basis with pet fee and pet rent.
