Central to numerous local amenities: minutes from Downtown Norfolk's Waterside shopping area, Norfolk State University, and plenty shopping along Military Hwy. A quick drive to Virginia Beach's Town Center, Norfolk's Old Dominion University, and the oceanfront/beaches are not much farther. Convenient to all military bases on the Southside - Norfolk NS, Oceana NAS, Little Creek NAB, etc. Only a few turns will put you on either highway 64 or 264 and the Tidewater area is literally at your 'driving fingertips.'
Qualified applicants have 1) gross monthly income of three times the rent amount, 2) minimum FICO credit score of 600, 3) good rental history with no previous judgments from landlords.
