The Bella at Westchester

As a senior, I wanted to live in a comparatively quiet yet comfortable environment. The Bella has met both expectations.

The leasing manager is absolutely amazing, Caitlyn is so kind and caring and she absolutely has your best interest in mind, she will help you with any issue or concern you have and find a solution that she can make happen. However, our stay during our first lease was absolutely awful. We loved the apartment and basically signed the day we saw it, but upon move in the entire apartment was infested with ants, their were plumbing issues from the contracts that supposedly “fixed everything prior to move in”. Secondly, after move in and those issues were fixed months later, we had more water heater issues, our appliances leaked water, our dryer didn’t work for the last four months of our lease. During our transfer lease, we had little help from the lady in the office who handles rent and payment. We also moved in and had more issues, after I made sure to make them check the drains and water pressure for it to be ready. It’s a good complex with nice layouts but unless the unit has been lived in or you do the walkthrough which is rare, the units usually have issues. Maintenance is wonderful but usually short staffed, if you live on the first or second floor, be prepared to have very loud neighbors, there is good sound proofing for your next door neighbors but not your upstairs.
