I love the location and office staff.

There is never parking in front of the unit especially if you're home after 5pm. They give you a base rate rent price but then they include all these fees so you're paying another $200 on top of that. They offer a garage for additional costs but it's too small. I can't fit my truck inside, I've watched people unload their car before parking in their garage, a tight squeeze for a normal car/suv. The building I'm in is filthy, there are stains throughout the corridors and stairs from pets and valet trash. Trash stains in front of doors. Horrible smell of pet waste when it rains. Not luxury at all like their site boasts. There is not an elevator and the handrails in the stair wells are rusty and disgusting to touch. The team is great, maintenance is great. Other things I mentioned not so great.
