* $40 fee per adult 18+ (Application Fee is non-refundable under any circumstance).
* Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.

* Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
* Will require photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
