Tenant is responsible for ALL utilities.

The water, sewer & garbage are estimated to be $115/month and will be collected monthly. Tenant will also need a Pleasant Grove City account for Power and a Enbridge Gas account for Natural Gas. Tenant will pay those separately.

PET FEES & STIPULATIONS
Dog/cat fee is $75/month or $125/month for 2 pets. No more than 2 pets are allowed in each unit.   
Pet Fee/Deposit is $750, $300 of that is Refundable upon move out after inspection and no pet related damages.No dogs over 50 pounds, no dangerous breeds due to insurance. 

TENANT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance for the duration of the Lease. This policy must provide coverage for the Tenant’s personal property, liability for any damage caused to the Premises, and liability for injury to other persons occurring in or about the Premises.
