APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
* $40 fee per adult 18+.
* Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
* Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
* Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
* Will required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
