- Background check: A comprehensive background check is required for all applicants. Certain offenses that pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals, staff, or the physical property (e.g., violent crimes, drug manufacturing, sex offenses), may be grounds for denial.

PETS:
Pet profile required through our third party partner, Pet Screening. The cost per individual pet profile is $25 via EFT (bank transfer) or $30 via credit card. If no pets, a "No Pet" profile is required per applicant at no cost.
-Service Animals: Profile not required.
-Emotional Support Animals (ESA): Profile required at no cost. ESA letter must be dated within 12 months of application. Applicant's medical professional must have a personal knowledge of applicant's condition.
-Additional deposit may be required for pets or if any exceptions to the rental criteria are needed.
