Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedSince management has changed cleanliness has gone down and vacancy is low. The new staff micromanage their tenants and threaten fines for having personal items on porches. I pay over $1500 a month and to have the staff tell me what I can and can't have is extremely unprofessional and urges me to give my money elsewhere.
