I feel the facilities and amenities are extremely accommodating! I love the culture and engagement from property management and I love that they all are extremely welcoming and attentive. Maintenance omg they are nice guys they get the job done and they are very professional and welcoming! Parking isn’t the greatest. Limited parking for myself so I never have company because there’s barely parking for me. Sucks. And noise level the walls are extremely thin so I can hear the air units that are outside my apartment to the people upstairs that are always walking around like there building a home. It does wake my kids up at night which sucks because sleep meditation that plays at night unfortunately can’t go any louder and it’s a bummer because that’s how loud neighbors are upstairs. But it’s not their fault they have heavy feet honestly. It just shows the quality of how thin the walls are.
