Deposit is equal to first months rent and must be paid in full at time of lease signing. A $50 nonrefundable application fee for each person over the age of 18 that will occupy the property. Pets available on a case by case basis. No aggressive breeds..$250 pet deposit per pet and $25/month pet fee per pet. No tobacco property.
