Verified residentReview source: verified residentIt’s been a long journey with the office since I moved. In general the customer service is pretty poor. The maintenance guy is great( no complaints about him). My bathroom floor is flooded since we got there( we already complained 4 times), that’s my major and they haven’t done anything for it
