Agave Courtyard

The worst place ever to live in. Not sanitary. Human feces lying on the ground. Cockroaches. Methamphetamine stink remained in an apartment walls, and floors. Crack pipes lying around. No safety whatsoever. Drug deals. Maintenance was complete BS and management.... The worst part, they didn't care that they ripped me and my daughters off, refused refund of deposit. Placed us in a 1bd while "maintenance" was trying to repair the 2bd Apt. And I was supposed to be in a 3bd/2ba. They lie, cheat, steal. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Oh, and the fitness center-only open when the office is and the pool-broken. This place needs to be shut down by the EPA!

Honest space for people who just focus on yourself. People mind their business. I feel like the apartment community comes together more than the management themselves. Management promises a lot more you move in, which I understand it’s their job but a lot of what they talk about, doesn’t reflect to the property. Plumbing is horrible and sewage is right out your front door, so many bugs and maintenance is ontop of the problem but the bug problem is a deep rooted issue. It’s beyond their control and the community is proactive with each other to decrease these bugs. Parking reservations has been the worst, they say they aren’t doing it anymore but it did a lot of problems between disabled and people with kiddos.
