Verified residentReview source: verified residentHonest space for people who just focus on yourself. People mind their business. I feel like the apartment community comes together more than the management themselves. Management promises a lot more you move in, which I understand it’s their job but a lot of what they talk about, doesn’t reflect to the property. Plumbing is horrible and sewage is right out your front door, so many bugs and maintenance is ontop of the problem but the bug problem is a deep rooted issue. It’s beyond their control and the community is proactive with each other to decrease these bugs. Parking reservations has been the worst, they say they aren’t doing it anymore but it did a lot of problems between disabled and people with kiddos.
