    do not get an apartment here. #1 reason the fake fees and fees that dont add up one month its 15$ for cameras and the next month i was charged 45$. also the trash fee doesnt make since i was told it was a set charge however it moves and whenever the trash compactor breaks they just let trash build up. also the front office doesnt track maintence when ever i needed my ac filter changed took them four months and by the time they came i just did it my self. the gates are constanly broke so homeless people just walk in and out of the community

    my apartment has bugs and nothing is fixing it. most appliances were broken when i moved in and the apartment was dirty and disgusting.
