This second floor apartment features private laundry in the unit, hardwood floors, high efficiency furnace with central air, ceiling fans, cathedral ceilings, and ceramic kitchen and bath. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, full size fridge, garbage disposal, custom cabinets, track lighting, and an island that looks out into the living room. Each bedroom is roughly equal in size and has ample closets. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay gas and electric. Both of these will be very reasonable because the building has been insulated and has double pane windows with Argon.
This unit is in a row of 3 duplexes on the corner of Fifth and McPherson that were recently completely gutted and redone. Each apartment has laundry in the unit (not coin-op) and there is plenty of storage in the basement. There is easy parking on the street in front or behind the building, as well as a lovely backyard. If the pet is friendly, we are pet friendly with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. For their safety, all of our tenants are required to carry renter's insurance.
