Designed by French architect Louis Jallade in the 1920s, this twin-tower apartment building showcases 26 stories of Art Deco elegance and has a prominent history as the former Philadelphia YMCA Armed Forces Building. Before being transformed into the Center City apartment building it is today, The Metropolitan was home to United States servicemen during World War II. Today, The Metropolitan is recognized as one of the best apartment buildings in Philadelphia. You will find a spacious studio, 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom apartment rentals.
