Property DescriptionPROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Meticulously maintained and thoughtfully updated, this inviting one-level home offers comfortable living with beautiful Mt. Hood views on clear days.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout, an updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, extensive counter space, two pantries, and plenty of storage. Both bathrooms have been updated with white tile surrounds, deep soaking tubs, newer vanities, fixtures, and toilets.
Major updates include a brand-new Trane gas furnace and central air conditioning, a 2022 water heater, and modernized electrical and plumbing. The home has also been freshly painted inside and out.
Outside, enjoy a new exposed-aggregate patio, Rain Bird sprinkler systems in both the front and back yards, a storage shed, fenced yard, and space with RV or boat parking potential. The property offers an open, country feel with no directly adjoining rear neighbor and beautiful Mt. Hood views.
The attached garage features a clean epoxy-coated floor, with additional covered parking provided by the carport.
With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, extensive updates, and a comfortable single-level layout, this home combines the charm and space of Beavercreek living with many of the major improvements already completed.
