Landlords will be 10 minutes away to respond to any issues.

Keys will not be given to renter until all utilities are in their name. Renter is responsible for Renter's insurance (will need to provide proof). Furniture is not included.

Renter is responsible for all utility payments except for trash pick up. Lease lengths are preferred for six months but can be negotiated. Application is required and applicant will be required to pay for a background check. Last two months of paystubs will be required. Credit score will be factored in as well.

Tenant will be required to purchase softener salt every once in awhile and put it in the tank. This house has well water and septic. Septic tank will be managed by landlord.

No smoking in the house
Tenant must park in driveway/garage
Small/Medium sized dogs are being considered. $500 one time fee
