- Residents are permitted to have up to two pets per unit. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350, and a weight limit of 50 pounds. Breed Restriction for Dogs Include: Akitas, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Wolfdog Hybrids, Alaskan Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Staffordshire Terriers (Pitbulls), Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Bullmastiffs, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Tibetan Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and Mastiffs. Breed restrictions do not apply to service animals that do work or provide a service to a person with disabilities or a companion animal (ESA) that provides comfort and companionship to a person with disabilities. Residents requesting accommodation for a service animal must provide documentation from a doctor or licensed healthcare provider. Residents with an ESA must provide a supporting letter for verification.
