I don't think we should have to pay for parking. If we had a garage I could see why but just for a spot in the lot doesn't make sense. Plus we have to pay for the gym. I have lived in apartments most of my life and I never had to pay for the gym. It should be free. For 2 people we pay over $2000 for our home, $150 to park because I'm a senior I wanted to be closer to my home, then if we want to join the gym it's another $90. When our lease is up we probably will move. I already found a house down the street in UA for $1818. That's 3 bds, 2 baths, a garage, a nice yard, and it's completely renovated. If we join Planet Fitness it's only $50 for both and it's a great gym. Now that I know what's out there changing will be easy. I'm not the only one that is upset. I've spoken to a few people who agree with me. We love our home but all of the extra costs isn't worth it.
