Second bedroom of the house. Shared bathroom with 1 other room. There is a third bathroom on a separate floor that you can use for emergencies. Brand new everything: large queen size bed, hybrid memory foam and spring mattress, pillows, chair, desk, toilet. Complimentary set of towels and toiletries provided so it’s move in ready. Brand new washer and dryer in the basement. Modern kitchen and basic utensils and cookware provided. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in total. Town does not allow for street parking, $100 extra fee per month for 1 parking spot on the driveway. Neighbourhood is very safe and friendly.

All utillities (internet, water, electricity, gas) included, subject to fair use. Roommates to split the bill for any amount exceding $400 per month.

I am a software engineer moving out state. I’ll occasionally come back 1-2 weeks every couple of months and live in one of the bedrooms. The place is most suited for people with the ability to work remotely, to take advatange of all the remote work setup that’s provided. Prefer roommates who are clean and tidy- does not smoke- who enjoy peace and quiet with the occasional guests and events. Light cooking is allowed but please clean up after yourself.
