    We were told we would get the first month free but managent said it was too late. That was a bit of a bummer. As for the maintenance, they are incredible and very quick and helpful!

    I was at the Duke 3 months and put in 15 work orders for maintenance from peeling paint, air conditioning, ceiling fan detached from the ceiling, hot water issues, holes in the walls and trash in the hallways and the security gates being broke and not operating a majority of the time.
