All applicants are assumed to have viewed the property. There will be no further cleaning or repairs so long as it does not affect the safety and habitability of the home.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a 25 lb. maximum weight limit. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.
