2. Upon approval of the request and completion of the showing or open house, interested individuals must apply and pay the non-refundable application fee of $58 per individual.
3. A pet application is required (per pet) and can be submitted at https://vestapropertymanagement.petscreening.com/. Additional fees may apply to the rent charges if a pet is approved and included in the Lease Agreement.
