Verified residentReview source: verified residentMy credit score is not very good right now. It's about 485. Does that qualify me for an apartment at Oval Springs? I do have an apartment I can rent and, I need to sign the lease tomorrow, however, the rent is a little higher than your 1 bd 1bath, and they don't have near the amenities yours has. Please let me konw if the credit score will prevent me from moving there? I must meet the rental agent at her apartment at 2:00 pm. Thank you for your ofer I would love to live there, and by the way, I do not have a co-signer. Hailey Futch.
