In the middle of construction on all sides. The elevators have urine in them on the daily. 9th floor is covered in urine. Cheap construction. Can't put anything on the walls they literally tear apart and they charge you for it. $300 to mount a tv. Underground parking will have water everywhere. Every door and floor is locked by a fob which is nice but they don't work half the time or take forever to read the fob. There have been homeless people in the stairwells. There's is garbage, urine and feces by the door and the garage. They raised rent when it's already at $2 a sq ft. You will be able to hear your neighbors. If you don't have a balcony the windows don't really open. Internet will cut out if it rains even a little. It does include electric in rent so that's something. Thanks.
