Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe leasing staff is pleasant. However, Since Michael left there has a decrease in the quality of service. The maintenance team has been very slow to respond and fix issues. I’ve been locked out of my apartment multiple times due to non functioning locks. Also,I’ve had a leak in my apartment for 8 days and I’m still waiting for a plumber or contractor to come. The communication has been poor.I walked over to the leasing office to share my situation with Breanna who had no clue what I was talking about.she checked the system for notes but found nothing. However, she told me they were waiting on a plumber and someone who be out on Monday or Tuesday. I stayed home from work Monday and Tuesday so I could be present. However, no one called or showed up. The office staff doesn’t seem very concerned about my issue.
