his apartment is in the Wollaston section of Quincy, and the rent includes heat and hot water, so in addition to the rent for the apartment you would pay for the electricity (the bills we see usually range from high $20's to high $30's per month), gas for the stove (the bills we see average somewhere from $10 to $15 per month), phone, cable, internet, etc. Please note that rent is based on occupancy by one person - if more than one person is to occupy the apartment, a higher rent will apply. This is a good area for you if you like to bike/jog/rollerblade, etc. - the apartment is in a residential area that is close to the ocean (10 minute walk to Quincy Shore Drive) and just across the street from the building there is a park that has a baseball field along with basketball and tennis courts. The apartment is approximately a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Wollaston T. The apartment has a bedroom (which measures 11'6" x 10') that will fit a queen-sized bedroom set. There is wall to wall carpet throughout (in some of the pictures the carpet color may appear to be a light tan, but it is actually a darker mocha with white highlights) and there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room. The living room (which measures 11'6" x 12' 6') has enough room for a couch, an entertainment center and a table outside the kitchen (I usually see a round or oval table there). There is a full bathroom (tub with a shower) and a work in kitchen that comes with a gas stove and refrigerator and that will fit a small (bar/bistro-style) table. The building itself has security locks on the doors, an intercom system, coin operated washers and dryers downstairs and a parking lot for off street parking.
