Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe only amenity I required to move was a balcony. I was assured the apartment they had me scheduled for had a balcony. I had made mention almost every time I spoke to the agent that I must have a balcony. It wasn’t until the day I went to move in that I found out there was no balcony. Management has done nothing about the issue besides waiving the fees to move all my belongings to another apartment when one comes available.
