Springs at McDonough is a premium apartment community on the northwest corner of State Route 20 & State Route 81 in the city of McDonough. With resort style amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, community clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center and pet playground we have something for everyone to enjoy. Our homes feature premium including granite counter tops, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances and chef-inspired kitchens.

Administrative fee is $200 and is refundable if denied. Application fee is non-refundable. Utility connection fee is $60 and parcel pending locker is $30 and they are due on move in day.
