Zero Deposit ($38) - A security deposit alternative structured as a monthly fee; no deposit will be due at move in or applied to move out charges.
Administrative fee is $200 and is refundable if denied. Application fee is non-refundable. Utility connection fee is $60 and parcel pending locker is $30 and they are due on move in day.
