National study of renter’s satisfaction with their cities and states
Apartment List has released Marietta’s results from the third annual Apartment List Renter Satisfaction Survey. This survey, which drew on responses from over 45,000 renters nationwide, provides insight on what states and cities must do to meet the needs of the country’s 111 million renters.
"Marietta renters expressed general dissatisfaction with the city overall," according to Apartment List. "They gave most categories near-average scores."

Powers Park offers mid-century charm with mature trees in this established Marietta neighborhood. Rental homes typically feature larger lots and more architectural character than newer suburban developments. The area provides excellent access to both downtown Marietta's square and major highways connecting to Atlanta, though some homes may need updating and summer storms occasionally affect the heavily wooded area with potential power outages.
