SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,395.00 (may increase to $2,790.00 based on screening/application) Tenant is responsible for the following utilities: Electric (via Georgia Power) Gas (provider of tenant’s choice) Water/sewer/storm drain (Augusta Utilities) APPLICATION INFORMATION: Application Fee: $85 per adult (non-refundable) Admin Fees totaling $120 will be due with first month’s rent Every adult (18+) must submit a SEPARATE application Apply at rentbhgaugusta.com (other application forms, like Zillow, are not accepted) The home can only be held for up to 2 weeks from the date of application approval. PET POLICY: Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and for an additional fee and monthly pet rent. ALL pets/animals must be disclosed on the application. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3.5x the rent in combined monthly income (i.e. 3.5 x $1395.00= $4,882.50+) is REQUIRED! MINIMUM credit score of 610 is REQUIRED! Verified approved rental/residential history- NO EVICTIONS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS! A criminal background check will be completed! NO vouchers or rental assistance will be accepted! NO CO-SIGNERS ALLOWED/ACCEPTED! NEXT STEPS IF APPROVED: Security deposit must be paid via bank-certified check or money order within 48 hours of approval Lease must be signed within 48 hours to secure the property Application processing time: typically 24–72 hours if all information is provided at the time of applying.
