Property DescriptionRent or rent to own. 1,245 square feet, a renovated corner unit five minutes from the Gulf, and the only utility bill you add is electric. Water, sewer and trash are covered. So are cable TV, internet, hot water, and the gas for your stove and oven. Covered deeded parking comes with the unit. Compare that against the rent on anything else you are looking at, because it is real money before you even get to the square footage. And there is a lot of square footage. Roughly 130 feet more than the non corner units here, and all of the extra width lands in the living and dining area. Two separate entrances, one into the main living space and one straight into the second bedroom, which gives a guest room, a study or a home office its own way in and out without anyone crossing the whole condo. Two walk in closets plus a separate pantry, which is storage most condos this size simply do not have. Everything sits on one level with no interior steps. The building has an elevator and a laundry room on the same floor, and the community runs a shuttle to nearby shops and stores. INSIDE. Two bedrooms, two full baths, both with step in showers and grab bars. Fully updated kitchen with a gas range. Impact rated hurricane windows throughout. Newer air conditioning and ceiling fans. Offered unfurnished and available now. OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. Six heated pools. Clubhouses, fitness centers, libraries, card rooms and billiards. Tennis, shuffleboard, bocce and horseshoes. A fire pit, barbecue areas, RV and boat parking, and an on site car wash. Dances, bingo, potlucks and clubs if you want them, and quiet if you do not. Pet friendly per condo rules. Minutes from Bay Pines and the Pinellas Trail, and close to shopping, groceries, banks, medical care and restaurants. TWO WAYS TO TAKE IT. Straight rental at 1,790 a month on a two year lease, which also means your rent does not move for two years. Or rent to own, with a 7,000 option fee, closing within one year, a pre occupancy lease at 1,790 a month, first, last and security, and the security applied to the purchase price at closing. Ask for full terms. BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE. Three things so nobody wastes a trip. This is a 55 plus community. The association approves every tenant. A straight rental is a two year minimum. Corner units with this floor plan do not come up often. Call or text to come see it.
